Ingredients of Gingerbread Granola
- It's 40 g of Nutcessity Gingerbread Cashew, Brazil & Coconut Butter.
- Prepare 50 g of Coconut oil.
- You need 40 g of Syrup (Maple / Agave / whatever you have).
- You need 150 g of Nuts / Seeds (I used Poppy & Pumpkin).
- Prepare 250 g of Jumbo oats.
- You need 100 g of Grains (quinoa / millet / buckwheat...).
- You need of Extra spices (Nutmeg / Ginger / Cinnamon) (if you're feeling spicaaay)..
Gingerbread Granola step by step
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celcius fan..
- Melt the nut butter, syrup and oil over a low heat until liquid..
- Add the dry ingredients to a large baking tray..
- Pour over the liquid and mix well with a spatula to combine..
- Bake for around 40 minutes, turning halfway....
- Eat! Out the jar / with your favourite milk / yoghurt / sprinkled over baked fruit....
