  2. Prepare 4 of onions sliced & deep fried.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of plain yogurt.
  4. It's 1/2 cup of milk.
  5. You need 1 box of tomato puree.
  6. It's of (grind the above ingredients to paste in a food processor).
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  9. You need 2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  10. Prepare 3 tsp of coriander powder.
  11. It's 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  12. It's to taste of salt.
  13. You need 2-3 of bay leaves.
  14. Prepare 4-5 tbsp of oil.
  15. You need 2-3 of green chillies chopped (optional).
  16. Prepare of juice of 1 lemon squeezed.
  17. You need as needed of coriander leaves for garnish.

  1. Cut the seekh kababs in two pieces & shallow fry them on medium heat in a fry pan. keep them aside in a dish..
  2. For gravy: heat oil in a deep pan. add bay leaves. once they change colour add ginger garlic paste, dry masalas(redchilli,coriander,turmeric, garam masala powder) & cook for few seconds. add water, onion paste & let the gravy simmer on meduim heat for few minutes..
  3. Once the oil floats on top add the fried seekh kababs & mix well. chk for salt. garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with roti or steam rice..
