- It's 1 packet of ready to fry chicken seekh kabab.
- Prepare 4 of onions sliced & deep fried.
- Prepare 1 cup of plain yogurt.
- It's 1/2 cup of milk.
- You need 1 box of tomato puree.
- It's of (grind the above ingredients to paste in a food processor).
- Prepare 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Prepare 3 tsp of coriander powder.
- It's 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It's to taste of salt.
- You need 2-3 of bay leaves.
- Prepare 4-5 tbsp of oil.
- You need 2-3 of green chillies chopped (optional).
- Prepare of juice of 1 lemon squeezed.
- You need as needed of coriander leaves for garnish.

- Cut the seekh kababs in two pieces & shallow fry them on medium heat in a fry pan. keep them aside in a dish..
- For gravy: heat oil in a deep pan. add bay leaves. once they change colour add ginger garlic paste, dry masalas(redchilli,coriander,turmeric, garam masala powder) & cook for few seconds. add water, onion paste & let the gravy simmer on meduim heat for few minutes..
- Once the oil floats on top add the fried seekh kababs & mix well. chk for salt. garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with roti or steam rice..
