  1. Heat oil in a pan add black cardamoms, few bay leaf, 4 cloves, 1inch cinnamon, 5 black peppercorns, dried red chilli as per taste and kasuri methi. Saute them well, then add onions and fry them till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cashew paste and saute it well. Then add chicken pieces and fry on high flame.
