- Marinated the chicken with salt and pepper and keep it atleast 30 min..
- Heat oil in a pan add onion and make beresta..
- Then heat oil and ghee in a another pan add marinated chicken and fry it..
- Then add remaining ghee and add bay leaves and some spices and ginger garlic paste and saute then add salt and red chilli powder and coriander powder and mixed it..
- Add yogurt and saute then add sugar and cashew nuts paste and mixed..
- Now add Keora water and fried chicken and beresta and mixed..
- Cover and cook atleast 20-25 min and then add fresh cream and mixed..
- Garnishing with some almonds and fresh cream and serve hot with pulav, fried rice etc..
