  1. You need 1 of onion, chopped.
  2. You need 2 of garlic cloves, finely chopped.
  3. You need 300 g of (meatless farm co) vegan mince.
  4. You need 1 of pepper, finely chopped.
  5. You need 1 of courgette, finely chopped.
  6. It's 1/2 pack of mushrooms, finely chopped.
  7. Prepare 1-2 cans of tinned tomatoes.
  8. You need of Thyme.
  9. You need of Mixed herbs.

  1. Fry the onion and garlic in oil on medium heat for 5 mins, then add the vegan mince. Cook for a further 10 mins, stirring often, whilst you chop the remaining vegetables. If mince starts to stick then add some hot water.
  2. Add in the pepper, courgette and mushrooms and cook for another 5-10 mins, stirring often..
