- You need 1 of onion, chopped.
- You need 2 of garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- You need 300 g of (meatless farm co) vegan mince.
- You need 1 of pepper, finely chopped.
- You need 1 of courgette, finely chopped.
- It's 1/2 pack of mushrooms, finely chopped.
- Prepare 1-2 cans of tinned tomatoes.
- You need of Thyme.
- You need of Mixed herbs.

Jack's Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese step by step
- Fry the onion and garlic in oil on medium heat for 5 mins, then add the vegan mince. Cook for a further 10 mins, stirring often, whilst you chop the remaining vegetables. If mince starts to stick then add some hot water.
- Add in the pepper, courgette and mushrooms and cook for another 5-10 mins, stirring often..
- Pour in the tinned tomatoes, and season with mixed herbs and thyme. Cover with a lid then turn the heat down to low..
