1. Spray a large heavy pan with Frylight and fry off the onion, carrot and celery until soft.
2. Add the garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes before adding the beef mince.

5. Beat the egg and combine with tub of yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
6. Add a layer of beef ragu to a low sided roasting dish. Add a layer of Lasagna sheets and top with yogurt mixture. Keep layering until dish is full.
7. Top with cheese and put into a pre heated oven on 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
8. Portion up and serve with whatever veggies you have! In my case broccoli!.
