Ingredients of Mughlai Chicken korma
- Prepare 1 kg of chicken.
- Prepare 2 of bay leaves.
- You need of cooking oil.
- You need 1 piece of cinnamon.
- You need 4,5 of cloves.
- Prepare 2 of tej patta (bay leaves).
- You need 4 of green cardamom.
- You need 1 piece of dalchini / cinnamon sticks.
- It's 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 4 of hari Elaichi / green cardamom.
- You need 250 gm of yogurt.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Jeera / cumin.
- You need as required of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of orange food colour.
- You need 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
- It's 2 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 2 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of salt.
- You need 2 tsp of garam masala.
- Prepare as per taste of salt.
- Prepare 5-6 of almond,cashew.
- You need 250 gm of Yogurt.
- You need 1 of big fried onion.
- It's 2 -3 tsp of khash khash (poppy seeds).
- It's 100 ml of water.
Mughlai Chicken korma step by step
- In medium hot pan add oil and whole spices (bay leaves,cloves,cardamom, cinnamon).
- Add chicken add food colour and mix it well,cook this for 8-9 mins on medium low flame.
- After 3-4 mins add 100gm of yogurt (Dahi), mix well. leave it for 8-9 mins.
- After 7-8 mins add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and remaining masala's (red chilli powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,garam masala etc) cook for 3 4 min.
- Now beside, make a mixture of fried onion, almond, cashew,khashkhas and 150 gm of yogurt in a mixing jar and make a fine paste.
- Now add above mixture into the chicken and mix them well leave it on slow flame for 5 6 mins or soo..untill the boil come.
